Returns Policy

The Returns Process

Please email care@tens.co to get started with your return.

Once your return has been accepted, wrap the item securely in its original packaging. Please do not return items until you have received a response from our customer care team who will issue you with an RMA number.

Please include a note with the RMA number (you’ll receive this returns authorisation number via email) inside the package.

Send the package to the corresponding address below.

Tens Returns: Sunglasses & T-Shirts 

Sunglasses:  These should be returned clean, unworn and free of dust or other debris in its soft case and original packaging. 

 T-Shirts: Return unworn items with original tags still attached and in original packaging.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Shipping charges incurred in relation to the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Tens.

Any charges incurred by Tens through a customer refusal (RTS / Return-to-sender) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the value of any refund.

If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
