If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us before you send the product by email: care@tens.co

Once you have emailed us and we’ve responded, please follow the procedure below to ensure your return is dealt with efficiently:

Please include a note with your order number so we know it’s yours. You’ll be able to find this on the original paperwork or email that you received with the order.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all manuals and accessories. This is very important.

Clearly write the RMA number (you’ll receive this returns authorisation number via email) on the outside of the package.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Tens.

If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
