Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied in the first 30 days since your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email care@tens.co to get started.


Once your return has been accepted, wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

Please include a note with the RMA number (you’ll receive this returns authorisation number via email) inside the package.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Shipping charges incurred in relation to the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Tens.

Any charges incurred by Tens through a customer refusal (RTS / Return-to-sender) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the value of any refund.
If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
